‎🍃Imām Šādiq (peace be with him) said:

"The best form of comfort and tranquility is to not have expectations from the people".

🍃الامام الصادق (سلام الله عليه): اَرْوَحُ الرَّوْحِ اَلْيَأسُ مِنَ النّاسِ؛
الاصول الكافي ج٨ صفحه٢٤٣

🍃حضرت صادق آل محمد (عليهم السلام) فرمود: بهترين راحتى و آسودگى، بى توقعى از مردم ا‌ست (يعني كسي كه همه اميدش به خداست از هيچ كس انتظاري نخواهد داشت).

🍃امام صادق (سلامُ اللہ علیہ) نے فرمایا: بہترین راحتی اور قلبی سکون، لوگوں سے نا امید ہو جانے میں ہے۔ (یعنی انسان صرف پروردگار سے لو لگائے اور پھر دیکھے پروردگار اپنے اولیا کے ذریعہ، کس طرح سے راہیں نکالنے، راہیں دکھانے، اور راہیں بنانے والا والا ہے)۔

🟨 ✨O you who have full faith in God, if you strictly care about God, He will grant you a criterion (to recognize truth from untruth)

🟨✨يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن تَتَّقُوا اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّكُمْ فُرْقَانًا
الانفال٢٩

🟨✨ای اهل ایمان اگر زندگي و كارهاي تان فقط براي خدا باشد، او برای شما وسیله‌ای (بصيرتي در دل شما) جهت جدا ساختن حق از باطل قرار مي دهد.

🟨✨اے ایمان والوں اگر تمہیں ہمیشہ پروردگار کا لحاظ رہے تو خدا تمہیں ایسی سمجھ عطا کر دیگا جس سے تم حق کو باطل سے پہچان سکو گے۔

🟩 Whoever believe in Allah and the day of judgment and whoever strictly care about Allah (then) He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where (a source) he (the believer) does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent.

🟩✨مَن كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ ۚ
الطلاق ٢-٣

🟩و هر كسي كه به خدا و روز قيامت ايمان بياورد و هر کس تقوای الهی پیشه کند، خداوند راه نجاتی برای او فراهم می‌کند، و او را از جایی که گمان ندارد روزی می‌دهد؛ و هر کس بر خدا توکّل کند، کفایت امرش را می‌کند؛

🟩اور جو خدا اور روز قیامت پر ایمان رکھے اور جو ہمیشہ پروردگار کا لحاظ کرے تو پروردگار اس کے لیے ہمیشہ راہ نجات پیدا کرے گا۔ اور ایسی راہوں سے رزق کا انتظام کرے گا جسکے بارے میں انسان سونچ بھی نہیں سکتا۔ اور جو خدا پر اعتماد اور توکل کرے تو خدا اس کے لیے کافی ہے۔

🔷Imām Ali ibn Abi Tāleb (peace be with him) said the following to some of his companions:
⚫️Do not devote much of your activity to your wife and children because if your wife and children are lovers of Allah, then He will not leave His lovers without caring for them.
And if they are enemies of Allah, then why should you worry and keep yourself busy about the enemies of God?

🔷قال علي عليه السلام لبعض اصحابه:
⚫️لا تجعلنَّ اكثرَ شُغلك باهلك و ولدك. فاِن يكن اهلُك و ولدُك أولياءُ الله، فاِنّ الله لا يضيع اولياءَهُ. و ان يكونوا اعداءالله فما همُّك و شغلُك بأعداءالله.

🔷اميرالمومنين علي (سلام الله عليه) به بعضي از اصحابش فرمود :
⚫️بيشتر وقت خودرا صرف زن و فرزندت مكن كه اگر زن و فرزندت از دوستان و مقربين خدا باشند خدا آنها را ناديده نمي گيرد و اگر دشمن خدا باشند چرا فكر و وقتت را صرف دشمن خدا مي كني.

🔷حضرت علي اميرالمومنين (سلام الله عليه) نے اپنے چند اصحاب سے فرمایا:
⚫️اپنے اکثر و بیشتر وقت کو اپنی بیوی اور بچوں کے اوپر نہ لگائو۔ کیوں کہ اگر وہ لوگ پروردگار کے چَہتے ہوئے تو خدا اُنہیں برباد نہیں ہونے دے گا۔ اور اگر وہ دشمن خدا ہوئے تو تم کیوں اپنی فکر، کوشش اور وقت اُن پر خرچ کرو۔

‘The parable of this world is like your shadow - if you stop, it stands still, and if you chase it, it distances itself from you.’

✅ Difference Between Sincere and Habitual Acts of Worship..
☑️Ayatollah Motahari states:

🔸The basis of Akhlaq is this, that one's intention should govern over desires and habits. In fact, it should also govern good habits, because if one does not have volition behind good habit then that good is not good anymore.

For example, we have to perform prayers, but not such that it becomes shaped by habit.

From where can we know that our prayers are habitual or not?

We have to see.. do we perform all of God's commands the way we perform prayers (or not)? If we do then it shows that our performed actions have been performed for God.

However, if we do usury and simultaneously perform prayers with all it's recommended prescriptions, and we are treacherous with others secrets, belongings and lives while never missing ziyarat Ashura.. then we know these are not deeds of worship, but rather habitual".

✅تفاوت عبادت خالصانه با عبادت از روی عادت چیست؟
🔸پایه اخلاق این است که اراده انسان قوی و نیرومند باشد، یعنی اراده انسان بر شهوتش و بر عاداتش حکومت کند. حتی اراده باید بر عادات خوب هم غالب باشد چون کار خوب، اگر کسی به آن عادت پیدا کرد خوب نیست. مثلاً ما باید نماز بخوانیم اما نباید نماز خواندن ما شکل عادت داشته باشد.
از کجا بفهمیم که نماز خواندن ما عادت است یا نه؟ باید ببینیم آیا همه دستورات خدا را مثل نماز خواندن انجام می‌دهیم؟ اگر این طور است، معلوم می‌شود که کار ما به خاطر امر خداست. اما اگر ربا را می‌خوریم، نماز را هم با نافله‌هایش می‌خوانیم، اگر خیانت به امانت مردم می‌کنیم ولی زیارت عاشورایمان هم ترک نمی‌شود، می‌فهمیم که اینها عبادت نیست، روی عادت است.

Ali shariati talking about Abu Dhar ..

"Whenever I think about the wonderful life of Abu Dharr and I see his worship of God, I recall Pascal. Pascal says, “The heart has reasoning powers which the intellect does not attain. The heart bears witness to God's existence, not the intellect; faith comes in this way.” Abu Dharr says, “In this unbounded existence, I have found signs by which I have been guided to God. There is no hope that the intellect will reach His Essence through discussion and analysis because He is greater than any of that, and there is no possibility of encompassing Him.” Abu Dharr, just like Pascal, believed in God, knew God through the heart, and he had worshipped God for three years before he met the Prophet".

That their being is a facade;

He can never see God.

You can't pretend to be noble and grand;
It's not a matter of name or brand.

If you are modest and humble
Then you shall grow;
If you're arrogant and proud
You'll fall below.

For one who's deceived by the glamour of this world,
Having a share of religion is odd;
When one is proud and sees himself,
Don't expect that he can ever see God.
