AbodeofWisdomقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْعَطَّارُ الْكُوفِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عِمْرَانَ النَّخَعِيِّ عَنْ عَمِّهِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ قَالَ الصَّادِقُ ع شِيعَتُنَا أَهْلُ الْوَرَعِ وَ الِاجْتِهَادِ وَ أَهْلُ الْوَفَاءِ وَ الْأَمَانَةِ وَ أَهْلُ الزُّهْدِ وَ الْعِبَادَةِ أَصْحَابُ إِحْدَى وَ خَمْسِينَ رَكْعَةً فِي الْيَوْمِ وَ اللَّيْلَةِ الْقَائِمُونَ بِاللَّيْلِ الصَّائِمُونَ بِالنَّهَارِ يُزَكُّونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ وَ يَحُجُّونَ الْبَيْتَ وَ يَجْتَنِبُونَ كُلَّ مُحَرَّمٍ.
ابو بصير گفت: امام صادق عليه السّلام فرمود:شيعيان ما پرهيزكار:، كوشا در كار خير، وفادار، امانتدار و اهل زهد و عبادتند. در هر شبانه روز، پنجاه و يك ركعت نماز مىگزارند. شبها را [به عبادت] بيدارند و روزها را روزه مىگيرند. زكات مالشان را مىدهند و حجّ خانه خدا را بجا مىآورند و از هر كار حرامى دورى مىكنند.

Imam Sadiq peace be with him said:
Our Shia are the people of piety and diligence, loyalty and honesty, and asceticism and worship. They perform fifty-one rak’as in a single day and night. They pass their nights with worship and their days with fasting. They defray the zakat from their wealth, perform the hajj, and refrain from committing any forbidden thing.[1]

AbodeofWisdom🌻 Spiritual Advices from Ayatullah Tahriri for entering into the Month of Zilhajj and making the most of this month:
💯 Regarding the importance of the first ten days of the month of Zil-Hijjah, a tradition has been narrated from the Prophet of Allah, according to which there are no days in which good deeds and worship are more loved by Allah as they are in these ten days.
🔰 The acts of worship specific for these ten days are as follows:
1⃣ Fasting for the first nine days, which has the reward of fasting for one’s entire lifetime.
2⃣ Performing the special prayer* for these ten days between Maghrib and Isha prayers.
3⃣ Reciting the specific supplications* for these days.
4⃣ Reciting the tahlīlāt every day.
( لاَ إلہَ إلاَّ اﷲُ عَدَدَ اللَّیالِی وَالدُّھُورِ ... )*

Her father was the dignified and noble Holy Prophet of Islam, leader of peace, mercy and blessings to Arabia and all nations.
🔺When they brought the bridal-gift of Fatema (peace be with her), tears streamed from the holy eyes of the Prophet (peace be with him and his progeny) and said: "O God, take these gifts and bless it to those (Ali & Fatemah) whose most of bridal-gift containers are only filled with pottery".

🔺هنگامی که جهاز فـاطـمه را آوردند اشک در چشم پیامبر حلقه زد و گفت: خداوندا! این پیوند را برای کسانی که اکثر ظروفشان سفالین است، مبارک گردان!

🔺جب فاطمہ زہرا کا جہیز گہر آیا تو پیامبر کی آنکہوں میں آنسو آ گیے اور فرمایا خدایا اِس رشتے کو میرے بچوں (علی اور فاطمہ) کے لیے جنکے تقریبا سارے برتن مٹی کے بنے ہیں مبارک قرار دے۔

The narrations encouraging believers to hold fast to the faith and not be fooled by the worldly (life) are many. However, after this introduction, we will now focus on the following points:
1-- It has become clear from what we hinted at that the Shia individual, the believer, is a caller (to the way of God) and is someone who has been entrusted in every place which he/she may reside. If this individual is vigilant in staying away from sin, and diligent in the faith which he/she practices, then (know that) lofty character and vigilance for God are not gained together except in one who has been intensely sincere to God. At that point, souls will be inclined toward him/her naturally and his/her words will be accepted. That is because his/her actions are proof of his/her words. Lost and confused souls are comforted with tranquil souls and they turn to them, even if they do not act as they act. This model of a person in humanity is prized by every society because the individual integrates within (the society) which feels safe (regarding him/her), not fearing his/her actions. Some western civilized societies, today, are vibrant with certain virtuous qualities which have become an aspect of the social norms. Such qualities are considered in selecting potential citizens. If that be the case, then the entrenchment of such qualities in the souls of believers can play a role in preferring them for citizenship. That would allow the believers to become a reason for the (various) nations (of the world) to enjoy this faith. It would lead them to things beyond what they aimed for by it. They would become aware of the true blessing of Islam, of faithful devotion to the Exalted God, the One, the All-paramount. It would become (a source of) glory for them. Granted, a believer would only do so for the motive of (seeking) awareness and worshipping God – the Exalted – because (the believer) knows that God loves these qualities; not out of duplicity, doing so for other (than God) or for other motives.

🌺"The best of your women is the one who makes herself pretty for her husband and offers herself to her husband, while protecting herself from being watched by others".
رسول خدا ﷺ نے فرمایا:
تمہاری بہترین عورتیں وہ ہیں جو شوہر کے لیے خود کو سجائیں، سواریں اور سنگار کریں پہر اس طرح سے اپنے آپ کو شوہر کو پیش کرتی ہوں، جب کہ اپنے حُسن (چہرہ، بدن اور بدن کے اندازے ) کو دوسروں کی نگاہوں سے بچاتی ہوں۔

Imām Mohammad ibn Ali al Bāqir (Peace be with him) said:
♦️“One who fast in the month of Rajab, for a day in its starting or in its middle or in its last (days), Allāh (s.w.t) will make incumbent upon him the Heaven, and He will keep him with us in our stages on the day of Resurrection,
♦️ And one who fast two days in the month of Rajab, it will be said to him, start doing action from the start as your sins of past have been forgiven,
♦️ And one who fast for the three days from the month of Rajab, it will be said to him that all your past sins have been forgiven and those which to remain, so do intercession of whom you wish to from the sinful once among your brothers and to whom you know,
♦️ And one who fast for the seven days in the month of Rajab, the seven door of hell will closed for him,
♦️ And one who fast for the eight days in the month of Rajab, then seven door of heaven will be open for him, so he can enter into it from which door he wishes."

@AbodeofWisdomThe manner in which the world is embellished for mankind (Part 2 of 2)
🌸 For this reason some people used to praise the good acts of others to the holy Imāms (a.s) and the Imāms (a.s) would ask: “How is he intellectually?” This question concerning the level of intellect was posed by the Imāms (a.s) in order to know how much the said person really benefitted from his acts of worship.
🌼 The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a) said:
“An ignorant person due to his ignorance will commit greater sins than that of a sinner. On the day of Judgement, the servants of Allah will attain elevated ranks solely due to the degree of their intellect, and they shall achieve nearness to Allah.”
🍀 We can see from this that some people struggle a lot in their acts of worship. Nonetheless, in one instance for example, they utter something that annihilates everything that they have done. They struggle to fast but do not pay heed and (may Allah forbid), unfortunately backbite or slander or talk ill of a person (all these are symbols of the love for this world). Satan does not want man to gain from these acts of worship. Outwardly, it may appear that one has performed acts of worship, but in essence, no divine benefits have been achieved from these acts.

💠 انّ الله اصطفي اربعا من اربع،اصطفي الإسلام من الأديان، و شھر رمضان من الشّھور، و ليلة القدر من اللّيالى، و يوم الجمعة من الأيّام.
💎 God has chosen four things from four. Islam from among all religions, Ramadan from amongst all months, ‘laylatul Qadr’ from amongst all nights, and the day of Friday from amongst all days.

Her father was the dignified and noble Holy Prophet of Islam, leader of peace, mercy and blessings to Arabia and all nations.
🔺When they brought the bridal-gift of Fatema (peace be with her), tears streamed from the holy eyes of the Prophet (peace be with him and his progeny) and said: "O God, take these gifts and bless it to those (Ali & Fatemah) whose most of bridal-gift containers are only filled with pottery".

💠 The difference is that Fatimah (peace be with her) possessed a degree of spiritual depth in her personality that made her a manifestation of the message. Most women with a mission have a commitment to the message which comes from outside of themselves. By contrast, for Fatimah (peace be with her) it came from inside her mind and heart and soul, because she lived the whole of her life with the message and under the wing of the Messenger of Allah (peace be with him and his Progeny), and then opened herself up to the full vigor of the message in the House of Ali (peace be with him), and moved dynamically in the emotion of the message with Hasan and Husain (peace be with them). Therefore, she lived the message. This is the difference between depth and shallowness. You cannot find anything in her personal life that speaks of leisure of purposelessness. This is what makes her a role model - the ultimate role model.
سوال: حضرت فاطمہ زھرا (سلام اللہ عليہا) اور دوسري عام خواتين ميں کيا فرق ہے؟
جواب: حضرت زھرؑا اور دوسري خواتين ميں يہ فرق ہے کہ وہ اپني شخصيت ميں ايک خاص روحاني اور معنوي گہرائي کي حامل تھيں، جس نے انہيں رسالت کا مظہر بنايا۔ بہت سي خواتين جو کسي مقصد کي راہ ميں کوشاں ہيں، ان کا اس مقصد سے عزم اور وابستگي ايسي ہے جو ان کي ذات کے اندر سے ظاہر نہيں ہوتي بلکہ بيروني عوامل کا نتيجہ ہيں ۔ اس کے برعکس حضرت فاطمہ زھرا عليہالسلام کے ليے يہ عزم ان کے ذھن، اور روح و قلب کے اندر سے آيا کيونکہ انہوں نے اپني تمام تر زندگي رسالت اور رسول اللہﷺ کے سائے ميں بسر کي، اور پھر اميرالمومنينؑ کے گھر ميں اپنے آپ کو اس پيغام کي تبليغ کے لئے پوري قوت کے ساتھ پيش کيا، اور اپنے بيٹوں امام حسنؑ اور امام حسينؑ کے ہمراہ ترويج رسالت کي راہ ميں جوش و ولولہ کے ساتھ متحرک رہيں۔ لہذا، حضرت زھرؑا نے اپني ذات کو رسالت ميں ضم کرکے، اس کے پيغام کو زندہ رکھا اور اس پر عمل کرکے دکھايا۔ کسي مقصد کي راہ ميں سطحي پن يا گہرائي کے ساتھ کوشش اور جدوجہد کرنے ميں يہي فرق ہے۔ کوئي شخص بھي حضرت فاطمہ زھرا سلام اللہ عليہا کي ذاتي زندگي ميں کسي بے معني فرصت اور تفریح کو تلاش نہيں کر سکتا۔ يہي چيز آپ کو ايک نمونہٴ عمل بناتي ہے- ايک حتمي اور بہترين نمونہٴ عمل!

1. Imam Ja'far Sadiq (peace be with him) narrates from his ancestors that the Prophet said, "One who walks on the way to seek knowledge, Almighty God will make him walk on the way to Paradise. Angels spread their wings for the pleasure of a student and every thing in the earth and the heaven including the fishes of oceans repent for him.
A scholar is better than a worshipper much in the same way as a full moon is compared to stars. The scholars are inheritors of the prophets and the value of inheritance of prophets is measured in terms of knowledge instead of wealth.
Whoever got a little of their inheritance has achieved a lot.
2. Imam Mohammad Baqer (peace be with him) said, "No day or night of a scholar ends until he enters the mercy of God. The angels call out, 'Congratulations, O visitor of God! the way, which you are seeking, is the way to Paradise'.

جنت کا راستہ اور علم کی برکتیں
۱-امام جعفر صادق علیہ السلام اپنے آباء و اجداد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآله نے فرمایا: جو شخص حصول علم کے راستے پر چلتا ہے، خداے متعال اسے جنت کے راستے پر چلائے گا، فرشتے اس کی راحتی کے لیے اپنے پر پھیلاتے ہیں. طالب علم کے لیے زمین و آسمان کی ہر چیز حتا سمندر کی مچھلیاں اس کے لیے توبہ اور مغفرت کی کرتی ہیں.
ایک عالم عبادت گزار سے اس طرح بہتر ہے جس طرح چودہویں کے چاند کو ستاروں سے تشبیہ دی جاتی ہے. علماء انبیاء کے وارث ہوتے ہیں اور انبیاء کی وراثت کی قدر مال کی بجائے علم سے ہوتی ہے. جس کو ان کی وراثت میں سے تھوڑا حصہ ملا اس نے بہت کچھ حاصل کیا
۲-امام محمد باقر علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: عالم کا کوئی دن یا رات اس وقت تک ختم نہیں ہوتی جب تک کہ وہ رحمت الٰہی میں داخل نہ ہو جائے، فرشتے پکارتے ہیں کہ اے زائرین خدا مبارک ہو، وہ راستہ ہے جس کو تم تلاش کر رہے ہو، جنت کا راستہ"

لَيسَ مِن شيعَتِنا مَن وافَقَنا بِلِسانِهِ وخالَفَنا في أعمالِنا وآثارِنا، ولکن شیعتُنا مَن وافَقَنا بلسانہ و قلبہ واتّبع آثارنَا و عمل بأعمالنا، أُولئک شیعتُنا.

“وہ شخص ہمارے شیعوں میں سے نہیں جو فقط اپنی زبان سے خود کو ہم سے منسوب کرے (ہمارا دم بھرے) جبکہ اپنے عمل سے ہمارے اعمال اور رفتار کی مخالفت کرتا ہو. بلکہ ہمارا شیعہ وہ ہے جو اپنی زبان اور دل سے ہماری تائید کرے اور ہمارے دیے ہوئے زندگی گزرانے کے اصولوں کی اتباع کرے اور ہمارے عمل کی طرح عمل کرے، یہی لوگ ہمارے حقیقی شیعہ ہیں.”

💠 The difference is that Fatimah (peace be with her) possessed a degree of spiritual depth in her personality that made her a manifestation of the message. Most women with a mission have a commitment to the message which comes from outside of themselves. By contrast, for Fatimah (peace be with her) it came from inside her mind and heart and soul, because she lived the whole of her life with the message and under the wing of the Messenger of Allah (peace be with him and his Progeny), and then opened herself up to the full vigor of the message in the House of Ali (peace be with him), and moved dynamically in the emotion of the message with Hasan and Husain (peace be with them). Therefore, she lived the message. This is the difference between depth and shallowness. You cannot find anything in her personal life that speaks of leisure of purposelessness. This is what makes her a role model - the ultimate role model.
سوال: حضرت فاطمہ زھرا (سلام اللہ عليہا) اور دوسري عام خواتين ميں کيا فرق ہے؟
جواب: حضرت زھرؑا اور دوسري خواتين ميں يہ فرق ہے کہ وہ اپني شخصيت ميں ايک خاص روحاني اور معنوي گہرائي کي حامل تھيں، جس نے انہيں رسالت کا مظہر بنايا۔ بہت سي خواتين جو کسي مقصد کي راہ ميں کوشاں ہيں، ان کا اس مقصد سے عزم اور وابستگي ايسي ہے جو ان کي ذات کے اندر سے ظاہر نہيں ہوتي بلکہ بيروني عوامل کا نتيجہ ہيں ۔ اس کے برعکس حضرت فاطمہ زھرا عليہالسلام کے ليے يہ عزم ان کے ذھن، اور روح و قلب کے اندر سے آيا کيونکہ انہوں نے اپني تمام تر زندگي رسالت اور رسول اللہﷺ کے سائے ميں بسر کي، اور پھر اميرالمومنينؑ کے گھر ميں اپنے آپ کو اس پيغام کي تبليغ کے لئے پوري قوت کے ساتھ پيش کيا، اور اپنے بيٹوں امام حسنؑ اور امام حسينؑ کے ہمراہ ترويج رسالت کي راہ ميں جوش و ولولہ کے ساتھ متحرک رہيں۔ لہذا، حضرت زھرؑا نے اپني ذات کو رسالت ميں ضم کرکے، اس کے پيغام کو زندہ رکھا اور اس پر عمل کرکے دکھايا۔ کسي مقصد کي راہ ميں سطحي پن يا گہرائي کے ساتھ کوشش اور جدوجہد کرنے ميں يہي فرق ہے۔ کوئي شخص بھي حضرت فاطمہ زھرا سلام اللہ عليہا کي ذاتي زندگي ميں کسي بے معني فرصت اور تفریح کو تلاش نہيں کر سکتا۔ يہي چيز آپ کو ايک نمونہٴ عمل بناتي ہے- ايک حتمي اور بہترين نمونہٴ عمل!
