A droplet of rain fell from a cloud
Over the sea, wide and profound;
It felt ashamed when it saw the sea;
It was about to never be found.
It thought, 'who am I when there is the sea?
If the sea exists, then who am I, this me?'
It found itself unworthy, therefore
An oyster appeared, opening its core.
It was taken and grown until it became
A pearl of value, honor and fame.
It knocked on the door of non-being; however,
It found existence, exalted forever.
The saints have realised
That their being is a facade;
If one sees himself,
He can never see God.
You can't pretend to be noble and grand;
It's not a matter of name or brand.
If you are modest and humble
Then you shall grow;
If you're arrogant and proud
You'll fall below.
For one who's deceived by the glamour of this world,
Having a share of religion is odd;
When one is proud and sees himself,
Don't expect that he can ever see God.

Qor’an; Chapter; The Great Event (Al-Waqeah سورة الواقعة) revealed in Makkah, ninety six verses.
will eat from the fruit of the tree of Zaqqum, (52) filling your bellies, with it (53) and on top of this you will drink boiling water (54)
like a thirsty camel". (55) Such will be their dwelling on the Day of Judgment. (56) It is We who have created you. Why then did you not testify to the Truth? (57)
Have you seen sperm? (58) Did you create it or was it We who created it? (59) We have destined death for you and no one can challenge Us (60)
in replacing you with another creation like you, changing you into a form which you do not know. (61) You certainly knew about (your) first development. Why do you not take heed?(62) Have you seen what you sow? (63)
Do you make it grow or is it We who make it grow? (64) Had We wanted, We could have crushed it to bits and you would have been left to lament, (65) crying, "We have been left to suffer loss. (66)
Surely, we have been deprived (of the benefits)". (67) Have you seen the water which you drink? (68) Is it you who sent it down from the clouds or is it We who have sent it down? (69)
Had We wanted, We could have made it salty. Why then do you not give thanks? (70) Have you seen the fire which you kindle? (71) Is it you who have produced its tree or is it We who have produced it? (72)
It is We who have made it as a reminder and a means of comfort for the people. (73) (Muhammad), glorify your Lord, the Great One. (74) I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars (75)
- which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - (76)that this is an honorable Quran (77) preserved in a hidden Book which (78)
no one can touch it except the purified ones. (79) (This Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. (80) Would you say that this statement is a lie? (81)
Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks?(82) Why can you not help a soul dying (83) right before your very eyes? (84)
We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. (85) If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, (86) why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? (87)
(If a dying soul) is of those near to God, (88) it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. (89) If it is of the people of the right hand, (90)
it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. (91) If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, (92)its dwelling will be boiling water (93)
and the heat of hell fire. (94) This is the absolute Truth and certainty.(95) So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One.(96)

Overcoming Peer Pressure
(Part One)
While growing up, we encounter diverse groups of people, ideologies, and environments from a very young age, many of which contrast with what we have learned and seen at home. Starting with school, we may meet other children from various backgrounds who have had a different upbringing. It can be difficult to confront ideologies or ways of life that are dissimilar from our own, and at times we feel a pressure to conform to the ideals of others to “fit in.” As human beings, it is our inherent desire to belong to someone or something that, sometimes, forces us to forego our own ideals and cave in to peer pressure.
The Adolescent Years
The adolescent years are an integral part of an individual’s life. During this stage, teenagers are extremely impressionable and susceptible to outside influences, whether good or bad. It is during this time that friendships become more exclusive and intimate and parents begin to fear that their child may fall prey to negative influences and reject their family values and beliefs. It is crucial to surround yourself with influences that will make you a better person. Imam Ali (p) is reported to have said, “Beware of befriending corrupt people, immoral people, and those who openly commit acts of disobedience to God.”1 During these formative years, you should befriend those who are not only on the right path themselves but who encourage you to be steadfast in your faith and unyielding to damaging external influences. Influences, such as the one Imam Ali (p) mentions, should be approached with caution. A bad influence will eventually lead you astray.
The Positives of Peer Pressure
Peer pressure is not always bad; sometimes, it can be very beneficial. For example, if you have a group of friends who work hard in school, go to the mosque regularly, or avoid backbiting, then that will most likely influence you to do the same. Sometimes friends can persuade us to do things that vastly improves our lives and have a positive impact. It can be something like becoming more physically and socially active or avoiding alcohol or drugs. It all comes down to who you surround yourself with. If the most assertive or influential person in a friendship circle has a positive agenda, everyone else in that friendship circle will follow suit and maintain that positive agenda as well.2
Parents and Peer Influence
One thing that can counteract peer pressure is having an amicable relationship with one’s parents. Teens tend to be less inclined to fall for peer influence, if they have a strong bond with their parents and can look to them for a solid support system. When youth have a great relationship with their parents, often they do not feel compelled to fit in or please their friends or peers.2 A strong and healthy parent-child bond mitigates outside influences, because most children and teenagers look to their parents for guidance and validation.
Best Ways to Overcome Peer Pressure
Just Say No – As cliché as it sounds, saying “No”, when urged to do something that you are not comfortable doing, is very effective. Be persistent and headstrong in your faith and morals. Narrations tell us that Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (p) said, “The believer is stronger than a mountain, for a mountain can be lessened whereas the faith of a believer cannot be lessened.”3

💠 Ayatollah Dastaghaib Shirazi:
🌳"Do not imagine that your soul is in your head or in your heart. It is not like this. It is neither within the body nor out of it. The encirclement of soul is indeed amazing. Put your hand at any part of your body, the soul is there. It is both positive and negative. It is not in the body. It also is not
out of it.
🌳This is one of the finest (most delicate) things. Have you not experienced that sometimes if a thread or a strand of hair enters your mouth along with food it is at once detected and you push it out. Such signs pertaining to your body are there to make you realize that God encircles
and covers each and every thing and affair.
🌻“Allah is He Who created seven heavens, and of the earth the like of them; the decree continues to descend among them, that you may know that Allah has power over all things and that Allah indeed encompasses all things in (His) knowledge.” (65:12)
🌳The specimen or example is your own soul. O Man! If a snake bites at your foot, your soul knows of it at once. If a thin hair enters the body… If you ponder over the power of remembrance or learning by heart, it is unfathomable. How many things are stored in your brain!"

Some wrong habits :
1- Drinking more water is good for kidneys and body:
Excess water is always recommended to be avoided since excess water makes the kidneys and other organs next to it weak such as bladder, uterus, prostate, intestines, pancreas, etc.
Solution: if you don't feel thirsty, do not drink any water. If you feel thirsty due to spicy foods, drink a sip just to quench your thirst. If you want more water make sure you add honey and fresh lemon into your water to avoid side effects.
2- Having salt increases blood pressure:
Iodized salt increases the blood pressure while natural sea salt is the cure for blood pressure!
3- Brushing the teeth protects them:
Well as far as we see, those who brush more and use more toothpastes, they are more vulnerable to tooth issues and they are those who often have appointments for the dentists. Using Miswak wood instead of chemical toothpastes and plastic tooth brushes not only cleans and protects the teeth but also strengthens the gums naturally.
4- Being a vegetarian helps you live longer and healthier!
Having red meat is not prohibited in any religion but in Islam it is recommended to have it maximum 3 time a a week and minimum once in 40 days.
5- Soybeans can be as beneficial as red meat!
Considering that most of the soyabean products are GMO (both seeds to plant and harvested product ) and it is not proven scientifically there's no such a fact that a soyabean can be replaced to red meat!
6- Black tea prevents cancer!
Black tea is a useful herb for farmers to keep the insects and animals away from their farm!
Drinking black tea in long term causes anemia, constipation, acidity, etc. Reading the history of black tea and how it came to mass production and business is highly recommended to everyone.
If you are a fan of black tea, make your tea lighter and milder and use cinnamon or cardamom and rose flower to reduce the side effects as well adding a few drops of fresh lemon if you like.
According to researches, drinking hot drinks either tea or coffee or anything else above 70 degree increases the chance of tummy cancers. So be patient and let your tea be as warn as other people drink it (because your digestion sensation can be changed by drinking hot drinks for long term and therefore you won't find a Hot drink hot!)

instead of Paird t test you can use Manwitny if I am not mestaken
but once you data is not normally distributed or by other word you did not meet the assumption of certain statistical test you can look for the solution such are transformation.
keep in your mind that the non- parametric is not preferable. because it looks to median instead of mean.

does hypertension increase blood flow in vessels?
does hypertension increase blood supplying to organs?
I asked these questions because the answers is different from medical source to another.
For example, some sources say that flight or fight response increase blood pressure and constrict vessels then the blood flow will be low and organs will not be supplied enough by blood. And some sources say that flight or fight response increase blood pressure and constrict vessels then the blood flow will be high and organs will be supplied enough to survive.
If the second claim is right, so why minoxidil dilate vessels to increase blood flow to hair follicles.
If the first claim is right, so why body increase blood pressure and heart rate?

If you assume that the tissue is receiving 100% oxygen
The amount of it that is extracted and utilised by the tissue is normally 25%
And the remaining 75% returns through the veins.
(basically the difference in the amount of oxygen between venous and arterial blood)
Increased extraction (more than 25%)
Can be seen in variety of conditions
Like anemia or heavy exercise
