✳️ Fatima, Daughter of Muhammad
?Christopher Clohessy
The Prophet Muhammad died in June 10/632, his head cradled in the lap of his young wife  isha. In the shadows near his bed stood Fâtima, his only surviving daughter, ousted from her father s side at this critical moment. Fâtima would die a few months later after a life lived ostensibly on the edges of Islam, and for centuries, although revered and honored by Muslims, she would remain a indistinct figure, barely known by those who follow the religion of her father.
But from the shadows of history and the pages of ancient Arabic texts emerges the picture of a startling and distinctive woman who, far from living on the peripheries of Islam s beginnings, is deeply embedded in the politics, intrigue and profound religious sentiments of her time. The only child of Muhammad to survive him, a wife and mother living at the heart of her father s world, Fatima was from early times taken up by Shî a Islam, for whose adherents she is the virgin mother, the heavenly intercessor with untold power before God s throne, and the grieving mother of al-Husayn, the Shi a's most important martyr. telegram.me/bayeganitabligh/690
During her life she was impoverished and weak, neglected, marginalized, maltreated and divested of justice: but her reward in heaven comprises incalculable riches and jeweled habitations, and all the populace of that place will bow their heads in deference to her, and her company will be the angels and the friends of God. Here, for the first time, her story is told.

🏵Last prophet of God Prophet Mohammadﷺ said:
☯A Little knowledge is better than a great amount of prayer.
Worshipping God suffices to show one’s knowledge and selfish judgment is enough to show one's ignorance. People are two groups: the faithful and the ignorant. Do not annoy the believer and do not be a company to the one who doesn’t care about religious values.
📖Nahjul Fasahah,Hadith 2096

use imprecation, then accept Islam - you will have (the rights) which (other) Muslims have, and on you shall be (the duties) which are on them.' But they refused and said but we shall make peace with you that you will not fight against us or frighten us; nor will you turn us away from our religion, on the condition of paying tax that we shall pay to you every year two thousand robes - one thousand in Safar and one thousand in Rajab and thirty coats of mail, (of) common (quality), made of iron.'
So the Prophet made agreement with them on these conditions. And he said, 'By Him in Whose hand is my soul! Surely destruction had almost descended on the people of Najran.
Whom did the Prophet take with him
It is mentioned in the Sahih Muslim on the authority of Sa’d b. Abi Waqqas that when the verse:
“Let us call our sons and your sons….” (3:61)
was revealed, Allah’s Messenger called ‘Ali, Fatimah, Hasan and Husayn and said: "O Allah, these are my Ahl al-Bayt" . (Sahih Muslim, Vol.2, Page 287 {Vol.4 pg. 1285 English version} [Book 31 no.5915]).
The purpose of Mubahala was to show to the Christians the matters in which they had been led away from the truth in their religion. In addition, the act of the Prophet in bringing Fatimah, Imam ‘Ali, Hasan and Husayn, demonstrated to history that in matters of belief in the Oneness of God (tawhid), Prophethood and the Qur’an, one should turn towards them for guidance.
The Prophet’s action was an order of Allah “call our sons and your sons and our women and your women and ourselves and yourselves” (3:61). This was an evident declaration that in the matter of Prophethood and the Qur’an, Muslims have need of the authority of the Ahl-ul Bayt to clarify the meaning of the Qur’an for those who did not comprehend.
On the day of Mubahala it became manifest that in the absence of the Prophet, in matters of religion, the people should turn towards none other than the Ahl al-Bayt.
Zamakhshari, the author of Tafsir al-Kashshaf, says of this verse (3:61):
“..this verse contains a proof – unsurpassed in strength – of the excellence of the people of the mantle (ashab al-kisa’) peace be upon them. And there is in it a clear proof of the truth of the Prophethood of the Prophet, because nobody – either a supporter or an antagonist – has ever narrated that they (the Christians) answered that call (for imprecation)”.
Why was Imam ‘Ali included?
The Almighty commanded His Messenger to say to the delegation of Najran: "
Come! Let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women; and ourselves and yourselves....".
In compliance with this command, the Prophet brought with him, Hasan and Husayn, because they were the sons of his daughter Fatimah, and for this they are his sons. He brought Fatimah with him because she represents the women from the members of his House. But why did he bring with him Imam ‘Ali who was neither from the sons nor from the women?
Imam ‘Ali has no place in the verse unless he is included in the word "ourselves."
Bringing Imam ‘Ali with him indicates that the Messenger of God considered Imam ‘Ali an extension of his personality. By considering him so, he elevated him above all the Muslims.
The Messenger said on many occasions: "’Ali is from me and I am from him."
Hubshi ibn Janadah reported that he heard the Messenger of God, saying:
"Ali is from me and I am from him, and no one represents me but ‘Ali." (Sunan Ibn Majah).

The Qur’an in Islam
Part V
By Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Mohammad Husain Tabatabai (Blessings of God with him)
Chapter thirty five, verse ten speaks of the relationship between a sincere system of belief and a fitting character:
"Whoever desires honor, then to Allah belongs the honor wholly. To Him do ascend the good words; and the good deeds, lift them up, and (as for) those who plan evil deeds, they shall have a severe chastisement; and (as for) their plan, it shall perish"
Originator:10 (translation Shakir)
In chapter thirty, verse ten we learn again of this relationship between belief and action:
💢 ثُمَّ كَانَ عَاقِبَةَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاءُوا السُّوأَىٰ أَن كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَكَانُوا بِهَا يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ💢
"Then the fate of those who committed misdeeds was that they denied the signs of Allah and they used to deride them"
The Romans: 10 (translation Qoli Qarai)
To summarize, the Qur'an is composed of the following Islamic fundamentals which together form an interlocking whole: a primary system of belief in the Unity of God, Prophet hood and the Day of Reckoning, accompanied by a second group of beliefs, namely, belief in the Tablet, the Pen (which delineates the sequence of cosmic events), the rule of destiny and the decree (without implying pre-determination), the angels, the throne of the Creator, and, finally, in the creation of the sky, the earth and everything between them. Thereafter, we observe that man's well-being lies in his character being in harmony with these principles.
The shari'ah, namely the laws and code of behavior explained in the Qur'an and commented upon in every detail by the model of the Prophet's life, is the means whereby a man may practice these principles.
At this point we should add that the Prophet's family are his chosen heirs and are entrusted with the task of exemplifying and explaining further the prophetic message and the shari'ah after the Prophet's death.
The Prophet himself has shown that the tradition, hadith, known as the hadith al-thaqalayn which all sects of Islam accept, refers specifically to this matter of succession.🔷🔶

The Difference Between Rasūl and Nabī✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
🌲 It is said that “a prophet (nabī) is one who is not sent to a nation and does not preach, as opposed to a messenger (rasūl)”. Is this saying accurate?
✅ Allamah Tabatabāī: One can refer to two verses in regard to this manner, which say that a prophet is similar to a messenger in having a message to preach:
🌷 We did not send before you any messenger or prophet but...(22:52);
🌷 Allah send the prophets as bearers of good news and as warners (2:213).
❇️ Therefore, God has charged all prophets to bear good tidings and warning.

❇️ Awareness of the original and hidden names (miracle of Imam Sajjad (a))
🔖 #Ahl_al_Bayt
🔶 Abu Khalid Kabuli had long been in the service of Muhammad ibn Hanafiyya, and regarded him as the rightful Imam. Until one day he came to him and said: “I have some respects. So I ask you by the honor of the Messenger of God and Amir al-Mu’minin Ali (peace be upon them), if you are the Imam, God has made his obedience obligatory?
◻️ Muhammad ibn Hanafiyya said: “The Imam of you and I, and all Muslims, is Ali ibn Hussain, Sajjad (a).”
🍃 So Abu Khalid came to Imam Sajjad (a), who greeted him saying:
🌸 “O Kankar, well done! You didn’t come to visit us! What has made you come here?”
◻️ Abu Khalid, when heard this, fell prostrate and said: “Praise be to God who does not take my soul until I knew my Imam.”
☀️ Imam Sajjad (a) said: “How did you know your Imam?”
♦️ Abu Khalid said: “You called me by the name that my mother had called. And I was ignorant and served Muhammad b. Hanafiyya, until I asked him today by the honor of the Prophet (a) and Imam Ali (a) if he is the rightful Imam?!
🍃 And he guided me to you and said that you are the Imam, who everyone is obliged to obey; and now that I came to your presence, you called me by my original name. So, I realized that you are the Imam of the Muslims (that is, you are aware of all secrets and the unseen).”
🌸 Abu Khalid continued: “When my mother gave birth to me, she called me “Vardan”. And since my father did not like it, she called me “Kankar”. And by God no one had ever called me by that name. So, I testify that you are Imam of the heavens and the earth.”
🌼 This is a glimpse of the status of the Ahl al-Bayt (a) and one of the peculiarities of the Proof of God and rightful Imam, which indicates that they are aware of the secrets from the past to the future. So they, including Imam Mahdi (a), are leading Imams and treasures of divine knowledge.

📙 Transmission of Quranic Sciences to the Infallible Imams
The honorable Messenger of Islam (S) attempted to teach Quranic sciences and teachings as well as exegesis of the verses to Imam Ali (a.s.) to be left for later Muslims.
Imam Ali (a.s.) recorded this information exactly and transmitted to other Imams (a.s.). Therefore, all infallible Imams (a.s.) can be considered knower of Quranic exegesis and truth and pioneers in Quranic sciences, as was Prophet Muhammad (S). The difference, however, was that the Prophet (S) received the revelation –and Quranic sciences– directly, while the Imams (a.s.) acquired the sciences through Prophet Muhammad (S)’s guidance and Allah’s especial attention –which is a key necessity for being an Imam.
In sum, the Holy Quran is a major source of infallible Imams’ sciences and the Imams (a.s.) are knower of Quranic sciences and exegesis, as is mentioned in many traditions.
Abus Sabah says, “By Allah that Imam Baqir (a.s.) stated, ‘The Almighty Allah taught Quranic sciences and exegesis to His Prophet (S). The Prophet (S) taught them to Ali (a.s.). By Allah that Ali (a.s.) taught them to us.’”44
Imam Sadiq (a.s.) said, “I know Allah’s Book by heart completely. The news of heaven and the earth from the past to the future are in it. The Almighty Allah stated, ‘Everything is mentioned in the Quran.’”45
Barid Ibn Mu’awiyyah has narrated Imam Sadiq (a.s.) or Imam Baqir (a.s.) who said about the Quranic verse,
وَما يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيلَهُ إِلّا اللَّهُ وَالرّاسِخُونَ فِى العِلْمِ
(no one knows its hidden meanings except God and those who are firmly grounded in knowledge46),
“The Messenger of Allah (S) was the best pioneer in science. The Almighty Allah taught him whatever He had revealed to other prophets (S) in addition to their exegesis, not leaving anything untold. The Prophet (S)’s successors know all these too.
Those who are now aware of Quranic exegesis say that they believe in what Allah has revealed when they hear it from a scholar (Prophet’s successor). The Holy Quran has absolute and conditional, cancelling and cancelled, and specific and general verses. Pioneers in science know them all.”47
Abdur Rahman Ibn Kathir has quoted from Imam Sadiq (a.s.), “The pioneers in science are Amiral Mu’minin (a.s.) and the Imams (a.s.) after him.”48
The mentioned traditions and many other similar ones indicate that the infallible Imams (a.s.) knew Quranic exegesis, the scientific sources, the real advantages and reasons for issuing religious commandments and rules, just like Prophet Muhammad (S). The difference, of course, was that the Prophet (S) received the revelation directly, while infallible Imams (a.s.) were deprived of it.
Therefore, what was mentioned about the commandments issued by the Prophet (S) is true about the commandments issued by the Imams (a.s.), which are not seen in Holy Quran and Prophet (S)’s tradition. In other words, they are issued by the Imams; they were allowed to issue verdicts because of their known purified conduct. And Allah knows best.

use imprecation, then accept Islam - you will have (the rights) which (other) Muslims have, and on you shall be (the duties) which are on them.' But they refused and said but we shall make peace with you that you will not fight against us or frighten us; nor will you turn us away from our religion, on the condition of paying tax that we shall pay to you every year two thousand robes - one thousand in Safar and one thousand in Rajab and thirty coats of mail, (of) common (quality), made of iron.'

🔴 Manner and Beautiful Reply to A Man’s Insult
🍃 One of the relatives of Imam al-Sajjad (a) stood against him and insulted him.
🌸 Imam al-Sajjad (a) stood silent and did not reply.
After that man went, Imam (a) told the people there,
“You heard what he said, now you come with me to hear my reply.”
🔶 They said, “we’ll come [with you]! We also would like to reply to him.”
They went to the house of the insulter all together. Imam (a) told the servant of the house,
▫️ “Tell your master that Ali b. al-Husayn (a) is standing at the door.”
The insulter came out ready to attack while he expected Imam’s (a) revenge.
🌼 But, Imam al-Sajjad (a) mildly said,
🌸 “O brother! Just a moment ago, you came to us and said what you wanted; if that [you said] exists in me, I ask God for forgiveness about it and if it is not in me, I ask God to forgive you.”
🍃 The man was embarrassed and kissed the forehead of Imam (a) and said,
💠 “What I said did not exist in you and I myself better deserve them!”
🌼 The companions of Imam al-Sajjad (a) said that on the way, Imam (a) recited the verse 134 of sura Al ‘Imran(The Holy Quran),
🌸 “…and [those who] suppress their anger, and excuse [the faults of] the people, and Allah(God) loves the virtuous;”
