با تلاش و پیگیری‌های آقای یوسف جمیل، حامی خصوصی آثار هنری، دسترسی آنلاین به بیش از 11 هزار اثر هنری مجموعه موزه هنرهای اسلامی برلین فراهم گردید.
این کار نتیجه تلاش گروهی پژوهشی متشکل از مورخان هنری، باستان‌شناسان، عکاسان، و نیز اعضایی از هیئت مدیره موزه می‌باشد که از سال 2012 تا 2017 مشغول جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و عکاسی از این مجموعه تاریخی بوده‌اند. این مجموعه شامل مشهورترین فرش‌های موزه، سیصد نمونه از پارچه‌های چاپ شده، آثار هنری سرامیکی، شیشه، فلزات و کلکسیون عاج می‌باشد...

This is a fundamental milestone in the accessibility of the museum collection and would not have been possible without the generosity of Yousef Jameel, Hon. LHD, a private supporter of the arts, education, and research.
Yousef Jameel facilitated the development of a special project team of art historians, archaeologists, photographers and conservators who, alongside permanent museum staff, recorded, documented and photographed large parts of its collection between 2012 and 2017.
⁣After the successful conclusion of the project last year a huge selection of object information is now available online. This includes most of the museum’s famous carpets, three hundred examples of its little-published textiles, representative artworks from the ceramic, glass and metalwork and the ivory collection…

پایتخت ایرلند خاستگاه بهترین مجموعه نسخ خطی اسلامی در غرب و شاید در جهان می‌باشد. کتابخانه چستر بیتی در سال 1957 میلادی در دوبلین افتتاح شد و در سال 2000 میلادی به مکان فعلی واقع در برج ساعت دوبلین منتقل شده است. در این کتابخانه علاوه بر 20000 جلد کتاب و نسخه خطی و پیمان‌نامه، حدود 6000 مورد از عجیب‌ترین و زیباترین مصنوعات اسلامی نیز گردآوری شده است. همچنین 270 نسخه کامل یا تقطیع‌شده از قرآن که متعلق به قرن هشتم میلادی و با فاصله صد سال از دوران زندگی حضرت محمد صلی الله علیه و آله می‌باشد نیز در این کتابخانه وجود دارد...

سر اسقف چزاره پازینی، رئیس کتابخانه واتیکان، از آغاز به کار سایت کتابخانه دیجیتال واتیکان با ارائه 15000 نسخه خطی که نتیجه 5 سال فعالیت در دیجیتال‌سازی منابع این کتابخانه ارزشمند و تاریخی می‌باشد خبر داد. وی عنوان کرد چنانچه بتوانند هر سال 3000 مدرک را اسکن نمایند، تمام 80000 نسخه‌خطی این کتابخانه را تا پایان سال 2041 میلادی در دسترس عموم قرار خواهند داد. این طرح با هزینه 2 میلیون پوند و پشتیبانی مالی بنیاد پولانسکی اجرا می‌شود...

✅ Vatican Library makes 15,000 manuscripts available online for free

Archbishop Cesare Pasini, Prefect of the Vatican Library, announced the opening of the DigiVatLib, a shortening of digital Vatican Library. The Archbishop explained that over the last five years the Vatican Library has become involved in a vast undertaking to digitize the manuscripts belonging to its catalogue. Currently they have about 15,000 of their collection uploaded and ready to view. If they keep pace at 3,000 uploads per year, they should have the whole library of 80,000 manuscripts scanned by 2041.
